How do I change my order?
If you need to change your order, please contact us here as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change can be completed, but we will do our best to help.
All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Soaps, Skin Care and Gift Cards are FINAL SALE.
Gift With Purchase: All free gifts with purchase are subject to change due to availability. Heal Kindly is unable to reship free gifts with purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Heal Kindly offers returns and exchanges on purchases within 30 calendar days from when your order is shipped to you. In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, clothing must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original packaging included.
To exchange or return items in your order, please contact us including your order number and we’ll provide instructions.
Shipping is complimentary for a one-time exchange or return within the United States. If you purchased various items make sure to include all the items you would like to exchange or return. You will receive a return shipping label from us via email.
Please note, we are only able to process returns that have been included in your return request through our contact site. We are unable to process returns that are sent without authorization from our team.
After you on-time exchange or return a $10 fee to cover the cost of shipping will be charged to your original form of payment or you can buy your own shipping label.
We must receive your item(s) back within 10 calendar days of email receipt confirming your return or exchange. Once your items are received and processed by our warehouse, you'll get your refund or exchange typically within 3-7 business days.
Exchanges and returns dropped off after this 10 day window are subject to return-to-sender or merchandise credit.
If you need to return a gift that you received, please contact us here and use the subject “Gift Return.”
If you placed an international order, you will receive merchandise credit (less the cost of shipping, duties and taxes). We do ask that you ship the return back to us using your own postage. To initiate a return for an international order, please contact us.
Heal Kindly is unable to offer a refund for items that are returned to us in an unsellable condition. Items must be returned with its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.
Only items purchased through www.healkindly.com may be exchanged or returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through other partners must be exchanged or returned to the place of purchase.
If you did not include all returned items in your return request, please contact us for more support.
